Soaring seagull Cropped this photo a bit. How is the framing?

Mike,

I think the easiest way to improve shooting birds is to select a better background. The blue sky field is quite common and can be made by virtually anyone with access to a camera and a bird. However, making the time to shoot this when the sky is cloudy or finding a location that will provide a unique background will set your shot apart from the rest.
