ok...I like the colors here a lot...they are vibrant and contrast well against each other...but how to improve is the question

1...be careful not to allow branches to overlap the main subject...move petals if needed, and re apply dew with a mister...
2...dont allow branch to be an equal with the subject...focus is key...perhaps the overlap makes it LOOK more focused.

3...the placemant of the flower works as it is off center, but it could be even more off from looking centered.

the flower is the point of interest, closing the fstop to about 8 might allow for more flower to be sharp...

lower the ISO if you dont need to stop action....ISO400 is likely the highest needed ...higher can give noise and lesson color dynamics.
use the tripod and get sharp!
