Photographer's Description

On a beach on the Outer Banks, the gulls were unusually active in July. These two appears to be touching bills--perhaps a bird kiss.They are Black-backed gulls which display aggressive behavior . It is a four year gull frequenting the north American coast from the outer banks to Maine.The pink legs are distinctive.
