Nebraska Capitol Building, Lincoln, Nebraska Photo taken with a full moon. Unique capitol building in State of Nebraska, on the Great Plains of the United States. At the top of the building is a statue of a farmer speading seed, known as the 'Sower'. Lincoln, Nebraska is the state capital.
