Fires @ Kelso Valley, CA; It was - scary. My friend invited me for her birthday - OMG, the "fireworks" were for real: where the party was taking place, we staged a "watering hole" for the firefighters. California fires can be rather volatile. I actually like the photos showing the movement, the excitement of the moment, the danger of the encroaching fires. Because: you are safe now, but it does not mean you will be not burning in the next moment...
