Taken near Lake Te Anau, the power of the this light illuminating the mountains was quite intense, It was definitely a spiritual moment. Miracles of this nature seemed to crop up every day as we journeyed around NEw Zealand

Watermark really ruins this - It looks like a great shot. What do you think people will gain from stealing a 700px wide image?

I say leave the mountaintops obscured. That's the beauty of the lighting -- very dramatic.

Powerful imagery. I like the way the clouds,mountains and lands are composed in 3 distinct layers, of course, the spectacular light does its magic! thanks for sharing!

This is some stunning image - there is not a single spot on this photo that is not look-worthy! I echo your words about Julie Geiss. I too was the blessed recipient of her informative and encouraging and honest commentary. I do not even want to think of her not being on this site - a great, great loss.
