Photographer's Description

This stadium held the 2004 Olympics. According to several locals I spoke with, the Olympics were an asset to the city as a whole. Not only did it necessitate improvements in transportation, housing, etc., but it brought people to the city who ordinarily might not have visited thereby increasing monies from the tourist industry. Note the statue of the discus thrower on the left.
