Photographer's Description

Biltmore Mansion in Asheville, North Carolina. Taken from reflecting pond on Biltmore Estate grounds on a rainy day. The 8,000 acre Biltmore Estate is fairly close to the Blue Ridge Parkway which goes through the Pisgah National Forest to the south once owned by George Vanderbilt. 125,000 acres of that land used to be part of the Biltmore Estate.
