Photographer's Description

This Great Crested Flycatcher (Myiarchus crinitus) was one of a pair which decided to set up home in this old bird house on my neighbor‘s property in Muskoka Ontario. A pair had also reared some young in this home a year before but had used an entrance on the other side.They are beautiful birds to watch, to hear and observe while catching flying insects.
