During my travels I came upon an old forgotten windmill late in the day. Even in its worn and abandoned state I found it to be incredibly beautiful. This photograph was taken on Bornholm Island, Denmark.

Very good detail on the windmill and houses. B&W does a very good job here, and I personally would like it a tad lighter.

B&W was a perfect choice for this. Being slightly dark adds to the mood of the photo. I bet this would look good in sepia, also.

Beautiful image. My parents visit Bornholm every year and I don't believe they have found this treasure yet, because I know I would have seen a picture from them. Beautiful shot - Andy
