|
Ecclesiastes 3:1 "Everything on earth has its own time and its own season." A quick drive on Sunday afternoon and I spotted this bit of color with the accompanying waterfall. Trouble was this was over and embankment so steep that they had built a retaining wall to hold up the road. Not a problem for guy with no sense.I was rewarded with a sense of time and timelessness. On one hand the leaves have such a brief but colorful life and yet at the same time the rocks had withstood years of erosion.

Very well exposed and cropped photo. The yellow stands out so well in releif to the rocks and water. Nicely done.

Mike, Two seconds at F27! You did spend some time with this one. In fact if you figiure an average exposure of 1/100 you could have taken 200 shots in that 2 seconds! But it was time well spent. Beautiful capture -- I can hear the water and smell the earth. well done! Frank

Marvelous. Beautiful yellow leaves with the gray of rock and stream. The flow of water is smooth and at the same time seems to have a special energy, if that makes sense. Super.
