Photographer's Summary - John Absher

Papa John is still somewhat of a novice at photography. My interest only began about five years ago when a couple of my grandchildren started getting involved in soccer and basketball. Once I discovered the convenience of digital photography, I began experimenting with other subjects like birds, bees, flowers, and wildlife.

I was quickly "hooked" on photography. I found myself reading every photography book or magazine I could get my hands on and I never seemed to tire of filling up memory cards with hundreds of images a day and what started as a casual endeavor has become a serious compulsion.
