  • Stock photo: An idea I just came up with for an interesting reflection. ****************** Update 2-5-05, this photo has sold in the past week and will be used on the cover of a chemistry text book for 16 - 19 year old students in Sweden. This photo has won numerous "Photo of the Day" contests and also won 2nd place in Agfa’s "Surfer’s Gallery" in February 2004 with a prize of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 Software. ****************** Update 9-4-05, I just received my copy of the book in the last couple of days. 5,500 copies have been printed so far.   • Stock photo: I took this photo in the summer of ’03. I witnessed this spider build his web on my back porch. I took about 60 pics and this one turned out the best. I started shooting at about 10:30 PM and finished around 12:30 AM. The actual size of the spider was about half an inch in diameter.

  • Stock photo: I took about 75 photos of this little guy on the floor of my shop. It’s about 2 inches long and about the size of a pencil lead. All photos were taken in super macro mode from a distance of about a half an inch to an inch.In this photo, it looks like he’s writhing in pain but he’s not. I gently blew on him and he flipped himself over resulting in the great view of the pinchers. I resubmitted this photo because the pixel dimensions no longer met the proper specifications.
