There is some interest in it - not enough to buy it but . . . whatever. This paper mill works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and the smell is beyond belief. I don’t know how people live in that small town except that they probably have life long jobs from one generation to the next. I’d guess that their sense of smell gives up the ghost early on. Would made an interesting study. Years later - this is an image that has been comp downloaded dozens of times - must be kids using it for school! :)

There is some interest in it - not enough to buy it but . . . whatever. This paper mill works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and the smell is beyond belief. I don’t know how people live in that small town except that they probably have life long jobs from one generation to the next. I’d guess that their sense of smell gives up the ghost early on. Would made an interesting study. Years later - this is an image that has been comp downloaded dozens of times - must be kids using it for school! :)

To clarify, the soft focus is motion blur. LPs are never perfectly flat and this resulted in movement of both disk and tonearm. In the lower right-hand corner a zoom view will show that dust under the platter is perfectly in focus but the adjacent platter edge isn’t. This is as intended.
